Each climb starts
with an introduction to tree climbing and our connection with the trees
as well as warm up stretches, a demonstration of tree
climbing techniques and one-to-one instruction.
All equipment is provided and we would advise wearing long clothes and
sensible footwear. You do not have to be exceptionally fit as most levels
of fitness can be catered for.
Introductory climbs are for beginners to learn the basic techniques of
tree climbing within the safety of a rope and harness. Climbers are tied
on rope at all times. This is a good chance to have fun as a group or as
an individual.
